Do I need a gym membership for the programs?
No, but you will need some equipment. While dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells are ideal there are workarounds provided with our free exercise substitution guide.
I’m a beginner, can I join the program?
Yes. If you’re a beginner, these programs teach you both the “what” and “why” of everything we do. Because of this, you’ll learn how to train smart and build your best body in record time.
My body is beat up. Will these workouts work around injuries and get me out of pain?
Yes. In all workouts, I’ve provided exercise substitutions to work around painful lifts. Further, the workouts are planned to give enough variety to prevent overuse injuries while still driving progress. You will make pain-free progress with these workouts.
Do I need to count macros?
No. Inside the members area, there are numerous options to fixing your diet without needing to count macros. I’ve even provided meal plans for both fat loss and muscle gain. All you’ll need to do is see how many calories you need and follow a plan.
Do I have to do Cardio?
Typical boring cardio on the hamster wheel? Heck no. We’ve added our best finishers and high-intensity cardio methods to shred fat and boost your athleticism. You can kiss the long, long cardio of the past goodbye and build a body that performs as well as it looks.
How long are the workouts?
Workouts are between 30 and 60 minutes with most being 45 minutes. This is long enough to trigger results yet short to let you get on with your life.
What if I’m unhappy with the community?
If you’re unsatisfied for any reason within the first 60 days, I’ll give you a full refund. In fact, if you're not happy for any reason at all I insist you ask for a refund. However, after seeing so many people transform their bodies, I’m totally confident you're going to love it.
Is this a monthly subscription price?
Yes. Your initial charge will be $1.00 with a 7 day trial. You will then be charged $37/month indefinetly until you end your subscription.
